For this reason, we make our Whistleblowing Channel available to employees, suppliers, customers and other third parties, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, to confidentially and securely report possible breaches of the law or our Code of Ethics.
This channel allows us to communicate facts or conduct that may involve:
- Breaches of regulations.
- Practices contrary to the ethics or integrity of the company.
- Acts of fraud or corruption.

- Confidentiality of the informant’s identity.
- Possibility of anonymous whistleblowing.
- Prohibition of any kind of retaliation.

- You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days.
- The investigation will be resolved within a maximum of 3 months, except in complex cases.
