As a Customer Service expert, I enjoy solving problems and making the claim process easier for the customers. One of my main goals is to accompany the customer through the journey experience with us, paying attention to detail and putting myself in their place. I enjoy working at Kereis Iberia because I feel part of an international company, constantly evolving and learning every day. What I stand out the most about working here is how accessible everyone is, from management to the rest of the departments. It is a very empowering and inspiring team to work with.
