As a Customer Service expert, I enjoy solving problems and making the claim process easier for the customers. One of my main goals is to accompany the customer through the journey experience with us, paying attention to detail and putting myself in their place. I enjoy working at Kereis Iberia because I feel part of an international company, constantly evolving and learning every day. What I stand out the most about working here is how accessible everyone is, from management to the rest of the departments. It is a very empowering and inspiring team to work with. Plus, they provide work-life balance options such as home-working modality and other well-being initiatives that I really value in a company.

What I value the most about Kereis Iberia are all the opportunities to grow that they have given me both personal and professional. I began as an intern and within a year I was able to get a full-time position working in the Finance department. I feel that my skills in my specialties of accounting and treasury have been hugely reinforced. However, I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate in other fields that impact the business. The work is fast, they value initiative and teamwork, with a lot of day-to-day autonomy. I am challenged daily, but most importantly I enjoy coming to work every day because of the open culture I ́m surrounded with. It ́s a never-stop learning experience!
